- Permanent Placement Position
- Practice is 80% scopes, 20% clinic, and very little inpatient work when on call
- Call is 1:4 and it is very rare that the GI has to go into the hospital between 7pm and 7am
- Four day work week, NP support in clinic and 24/7 IM Hospitalist coverage makes for great work/life balance

Board Certified, ACLS, BLS - Benefit and Compensation details:
- Salary: $
- The 1st year, you are guaranteed the base. You have the opportunity to switch to productivity based on the production level. After year 1, typically the physician is on straight production.
- Stipends:
Experience preferred but if a new grad is chosen a stipend might be possible - PTO: 1st year: 4 weeks + holidays
Once candidate is on production model, the time off is determined by the Provider - CME: 7 days/per year, $5500/year
