Join Our Dynamic Healthcare Team as a Hospitalist and Make a Difference in Patient Care! We are seeking dedicated and experienced Hospitalists to provide exceptional inpatient services, ensuring positive health outcomes in a collaborative environment. This is a unique opportunity to work in a facility with an open ICU, requiring providers to have privileges for ongoing vent management.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum of 15 case logs in ventilator management over the past 24 months
• Proven experience in hospital medicine and inpatient care
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Previous experience with ICU procedures and management
• Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Basic understanding of hospital workflows and protocols

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of hospitalist experience
• Experience working in facilities with ICU services and ventilator management

Other Requirements:

• Must have privileges for ventilator management, supported by case logs
• Availability to work 1-2 weeks per month, Tuesday to Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Starting mid-March to early April 2026
• Must attach case logs to validation documents for ICU privileges

Compensation for this position is $1.00 per hour.
