About the roleWe are seeking a Kotzur Maintenance Services (KMS) Coordinator to join our growing maintenance services team and play a key role in supporting customers across Australia.
As the KMS Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub for all service and maintenance activities across KMS. This is a fast‑paced, reactive, and varied role that blends hands‑on administration, customer coordination, scheduling and technical understanding.
You’ll manage job planning, documentation, procurement, technician scheduling, WHSE requirements and customer communication - keeping everything moving smoothly, even when priorities shift or information is incomplete.
The position is based in Walla Walla NSW and will require occasional travel including overnight to support planning/quoting process and maintenance inspections.
What you'll be doing- Plan, schedule and coordinate all service and maintenance jobs for KMS technicians.
- Respond to urgent or reactive customer requirements with calm and efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and clear communication.
- Prepare job packs, documentation, SWMS, permits and reporting.
- Support quoting and service contract preparation alongside sales and estimating.
- Procure materials, equipment and contractor services.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and quality assurance documentation.
- Assist with general administration including invoices, travel and data entry.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and systems.
- Mechanical trade background or technical understanding.
- Knowledge of WHSE standards, site requirements and permits; including white cards, elevated work platforms, work at heights, and confined space.
- Experience coordinating field service teams, trades, projects or similar operational environments.
- Ability to work confidently under pressure, with ambiguity, and across competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and exceptional administrative capability.
