With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we continue to grow and lead in our field.

About the role

We are seeking a Kotzur Maintenance Services (KMS) Coordinator to join our growing maintenance services team and play a key role in supporting customers across Australia.

As the KMS Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub for all service and maintenance activities across KMS. This is a fast‑paced, reactive, and varied role that blends hands‑on administration, customer coordination, scheduling and technical understanding.

You’ll manage job planning, documentation, procurement, technician scheduling, WHSE requirements and customer communication - keeping everything moving smoothly, even when priorities shift or information is incomplete.

The position is based in Walla Walla NSW and will require occasional travel including overnight to support planning/quoting process and maintenance inspections.

What you'll be doing
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate all service and maintenance jobs for KMS technicians.
  • Respond to urgent or reactive customer requirements with calm and efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and clear communication.
  • Prepare job packs, documentation, SWMS, permits and reporting.
  • Support quoting and service contract preparation alongside sales and estimating.
  • Procure materials, equipment and contractor services.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and quality assurance documentation.
  • Assist with general administration including invoices, travel and data entry.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and systems.
What you’ll bring
  • Mechanical trade background or technical understanding.
  • Knowledge of WHSE standards, site requirements and permits; including white cards, elevated work platforms, work at heights, and confined space.
  • Experience coordinating field service teams, trades, projects or similar operational environments.
  • Ability to work confidently under pressure, with ambiguity, and across competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional administrative capability.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • RDO every four weeks on average
  • A supportive, team‑oriented culture
  • The chance to be part of a company that values innovation, quality, and long‑term relationships
