$42,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

• Perform various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine proper welding techniques.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, including welders, grinders, and cutting tools, safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to established standards, identifying and correcting defects.
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and shaping metal parts.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts as required by production orders.

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Demonstrated knowledge of welding safety protocols and quality standards.
• Physical dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and stamina to perform welding tasks.
• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX).

• Experience with robotic welding or automated welding systems.
• Advanced AWS certifications (e.g., D1.2, D1.6, D17.1).
• Proficiency in reading complex engineering blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
