Set up jobs for the day, preparing panel boxes, switchboards, wire, and other components for assembly;
Assemble solar panel power boxes and switchboards in a large, clean, and quiet manufacturing facility;
Pull and spool wire, read blueprints to determine part assembly locations, and work as part of a team on the assembly line;
Use hand tools, air power tools, torque wrenches, and strip wires to assemble power boxes;
Meet the production target of assembling 64 panels per day after training is completed
