Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing processes.
- Develop, train, and mentor employees on CI tools and principles to build internal capability.
- Manage a portfolio of CI projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Drive the standardization of best practices and process improvements throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste reduction.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and coach cross-functional teams on CI principles and tools.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent advanced certification) preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
- Proficiency with statistical software like Minitab for advanced data analysis and DOE.
- Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI).
- Practical experience applying Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in integrating CI with digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites or globally.
