Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs across manufacturing operations.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and services, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to support production schedules while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence.
- Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to forecast demand and align supply chain operations with manufacturing plans.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and fostering strong supplier relationships.
- Utilize ERP systems and data analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive informed decision-making throughout the supply chain.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, procurement, logistics, and demand forecasting.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with international sourcing, logistics, and customs compliance
- PMP or other relevant Project Management certification
