Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, engineering, and operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for critical manufacturing positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including industry-specific job boards, vocational schools, and community partnerships, to attract qualified talent.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and employment laws relevant to the manufacturing sector.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verification in line with manufacturing industry standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or skilled trades positions.
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing environments, processes, and common job functions (e.g., production, maintenance, engineering, quality).
- Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates in competitive industrial markets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills tailored to technical and operational roles.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Polish, Vietnamese) to support a diverse workforce.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Professional HR/Recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIR).
- Experience with manufacturing-specific ATS/HRIS modules (e.g., SAP, Workday for production roles).
- Background in recruiting for skilled trades or niche engineering roles.
