As the Dietary Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily nutrition needs of those we serve by:
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals in large quantities
- Ordering, managing, and maintaining kitchen inventory
- Monitoring and accommodating special dietary needs and restrictions
- Ensuring all meals meet state and safety guidelines
- Checking food temperatures and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Supporting meal prep and dietary compliance for residents and staff
- 1 year of experience in dietary services, food prep, or kitchen operations (preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Valid Michigan driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass required background checks
- Ability to complete CPR/First Aid and Serv Safe certification (training provided!)

Education & Experience- Education:
High School Diploma Equivalency - Experience:
1 year experience maintaining kitchen inventory; 1 year large-scale dietary knowledge preferred - Licences & certifications – Driver’s License
