Salary Range:

$79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

• Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans and policies.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers for raw materials, components, and services.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to optimize material flow and minimize stockouts.
• Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supply chain risks.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for purchasing processes.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
• Proven ability to drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supply chain efficiencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Advanced proficiency with major ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor).
• Proven experience in international sourcing and managing global supply chains.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
