Prepare and process comprehensive shipping documentation, including packing slips, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and commercial invoices;
Obtain competitive freight quotes from various carriers to identify the most cost-effective and efficient shipping solutions.;
Arrange and schedule freight pickups with transportation providers, coordinating schedules and confirming details.;
Ensure all outbound shipments are accurately labeled and correctly correspond with their respective documentation.;
Maintain meticulous shipping records and assist with data entry as required for tracking and reporting.
