Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Location: Waldwick, NJ (Hybrid – in office Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Travel: Occasional domestic & international

We re seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to lead and grow our CSR efforts, with a strong focus on global education programs and partnerships. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with internal teams, partners, and sponsors.

• Lead and execute a company-wide CSR strategy aligned with Kallman Worldwide s mission and values

• Oversee all aspects of the Endeavour Scholarship Foundation, including program planning, international student experiences, and partner coordination

• Build and steward relationships with sponsors, donors, and global partners

• Lead fundraising initiatives, including proposals, sponsorship development, and impact reporting

• Collaborate with Marketing to share compelling CSR and impact stories

• Manage budgets, timelines, compliance, and reporting across CSR initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in CSR, nonprofit leadership, education programs, or related fields

• Proven experience developing partnerships and securing funding

• Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills

• Comfort working across cultures and time zones

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed
