Join to apply for the Nurse LPN Shift Supv Casual role at The Bristal Assisted Living. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community. Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications — all while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness.

Additional Responsibilities Include
- Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions of the Director of Wellness
- Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment
- You must have an active LPN certification and be driven by a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of our residents
- Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus
- Must be caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors' orders
- It’s essential to excel in prioritizing, multi-tasking and working independently
- Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center
- Provide support to residents in managing ADLs and medication administration
- Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director
- Active LPN license
- Supervisory experience with staff and medication oversight, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar setting
- Desire to improve residents' quality of life
- Experience with residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus
- Understanding of MARs and doctors' orders
- Strong prioritization, multi-tasking and ability to work independently
