Duration: 5+ Months

Location: Frederick, MD 21704 (Onsite)

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm

• Work in a newly built state-of-the-art CAR‑T manufacturing facility.
• Have the opportunity to learn Materials Management operations in a GMP/FDA regulated environment.

• Handle the day‑to‑day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities
• Receive incoming shipments of non‑GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures
• Dispense GMP materials to support production operations
• Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed
• Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate
• Cross‑train in additional areas of the warehouse operations
• Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures (Excluding Patient Material)
• Ensure individual employee training is up‑to‑date
• Adhere to all safety procedures and keep warehouse operation clean and inspection ready
• Complete in‑house forklift certification
• Additional duties as assigned
• These duties can be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed

• Degree - High School Diploma
• Knowledge of GMP environment
• Years of Experience - 1 to 2 years in a warehouse environment
