Base Pay Range
: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring club pick-up orders are filled by contacting members and notifying them of delays or product shortages.
• Maintaining safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations.
• Assisting members with purchasing decisions, processing member purchases, and handling payments.
• Organizing and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds and assisting members with transporting items.
• Complying with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers and determining priorities and improvement opportunities.
