We are seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. In this role, you will use high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. • Create menus based on seasonality and customer research
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare and present food appealingly
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members
• Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification
• Advanced culinary techniques and recipe knowledge
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
