• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction by delivering great-tasting food with a smile.
• Prepare, assemble, and serve food items according to Wendy’s standards and recipes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS system as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:
Wendy's Crew Members start at minimum wage up to $16.25 per hour.
