This is a full-time, on-site role based in Waldorf, MD, for a Maintenance Specialist. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and repairing systems and appliances in residential rental properties. The individual will ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, addressing tenant concerns and maintaining a safe and functional environment. Timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks is crucial to maintain tenant satisfaction and property value.

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure all systems and equipment operate efficiently.
• Experience in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and handling general property upkeep responsibilities.
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical and mechanical issues efficiently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with safety standards, tools, and equipment typically used in property maintenance.
• Previous experience in residential property maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus.
