Job Summary

Physical Therapist
Contract
13 week assignment
$2100 weekly
Setting: SNF

Shift: 8a-430p
Waldorf, MD, United States

Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and progress.
  • Stay updated with latest physical therapy techniques and practices.
  • Set and achieve personal and team targets for patient recovery rates.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies.
  • Monitor and report on patient outcomes to measure treatment effectiveness.
  • Utilize pipelines to forecast patient recovery and treatment success.
  • Adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for tracking progress.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies.
  • Ensure high visibility of work activity and results within the team.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Proficiency in developing and adapting treatment plans.
  • Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Ability to track and report patient progress effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recovery rate targets.
  • Experience working in a results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest physical therapy techniques.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
