Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives.
Qualifications- You must be licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (or a new graduate COTA)
- You must have an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Screening patients
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Administering occupational therapy services as directed by a registered occupational therapist
- Conducting patient and family education
- Delivering quality occupational therapy services
- Putting patient service first
- Maintaining a positive attitude and being a team player
