• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license/certification in Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA (inpatient rehab or hospital setting preferred)
• Ability to work independently under indirect supervision
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to patient-centered care and clinical support

• Assist physical therapists in executing individualized treatment plans for patients in an inpatient rehab setting
• Support patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities to enhance strength and independence
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate updates to the rehabilitation team
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and compliant environment for patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to maximize patient outcomes
