BCBA; Board Certified Behavior Analyst; Hybrid

Circle Care Services is a trusted provider of ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We support every BCBA and behavior analyst with mentorship, resources, and clinical leadership so you can deliver high‑quality care with confidence. This hybrid role offers a mix of in‑person clinical work and remote time for documentation, planning, and data review.

• Conduct assessments and analyze behavior data
• Create Treatment plans and measurable goals using ABA Principles
• Supervise staff implementing programs and ensure treatment fidelity
• Parent Training
• Support case oversight and planning using hybrid schedule

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Experience delivering applied ABA services
• Strong treatment planning and goal‑writing skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and oversee behavior plans
