• Support with Dignity: Assist seniors with bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe mobility.
• Specialized Care: Provide attentive support for memory care clients or those requiring Hoyer lift assistance.
• Comfort & Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations, share smiles, and offer emotional reassurance.
• Healthy Living: Prepare simple meals, help maintain a tidy home, and ensure a calm, respectful environment.
• Reliable Presence: Be the steady, trusted support families can depend on — mornings, evenings, or both.

• Proven experience as a Caregiver, CNA, CMT, HHA, or PCA (especially with Hoyer lift or memory care clients).
• Compassion, patience, and genuine respect for seniors and their families.
• Ability to manage short or long-hour shifts, including split shifts.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Dependability, strong communication skills, and a heart for helping vulnerable individuals.
