Position Description
Job Title: Operational Support Specialist
Location: Contractor-designated worksite (Remote). Work may also be performed at Government facilities as directed by the Government.
Pay Range: $36-$40 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (Contingent upon contract award)
Position Summary
CLJ Consulting and Contracting LLC is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to support daily program operations and administrative workflows. This role supports high-volume program activities by ensuring timely intake, routing, documentation management, and customer engagement functions across multiple program offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intake, review, and assignment of procurement review requests.
- Coordinate assignment of procurement review packages and ensure compliance with same-day processing requirements.
- Generate market research notifications and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system records.
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational logs and reporting metrics.
- Support outreach event preparation and documentation development.
- Produce payment status reports and conduct vendor outreach to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Draft, review, and route official correspondence through designated government communication channels.
- Maintain program documentation, SOP version control, and records management standards.
- Ensure document formatting, quality control, and compliance with program documentation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing operational or administrative program support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, logs, and Pivot Tables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience managing high-volume workflows and time-sensitive assignments.
- Experience using CRM systems and workflow tracking tools.
- Experience supporting federal program offices or acquisition programs.
- Experience supporting program reporting and data management activities.
- Familiarity with records management and documentation control processes.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
