My client in the Ossett area is looking for Panel Wirers / Electrical Fitters.
Full job descriptionIn this role, the successful Panel Wirer or similar will be responsible for wiring large scale projects using techniques such as Cabinet Wiring, Rack Wiring, and Box Wiring with various handheld crimping tools. You will also create, route, and secure multiple wire/cable harnesses and looms; terminate a variety of different connector types; and keep accurate and up-to-date technical documentation of works/projects.
Responsibilities- Wiring large scale projects using Cabinet Wiring, Rack Wiring, and Box Wiring.
- Creation, routing and securement of multiple wire/cable harnesses and looms.
- Termination of a variety of different connector types.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date technical documentation of works/projects.
- Background working on large scale projects.
- Previous experience in the Aerospace/Defence/Industrial/healthcare/Plant sectors or a related field.
- Ability to interpret and understand technical/schematic drawings.
