Join Our Client West Yorkshire Police's team as a Performance Research Officer

Our client is seeking a Performance Research Officer to join their dedicated team in Belle Isle, Wakefield. This is a temporary full-time position with an hourly rate of 14.10.
What You'll Do:
As a Performance Research Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing performance information and research capabilities to help the Force, Divisions, and Departments meet their performance targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example, embodying the Police Code of Ethics and promoting values of dignity, fairness, and respect.
- Inputting, maintaining, and retrieving data from various computerised systems to provide accurate performance-related information.
- Developing data recording systems to support research and analysis.
- Collating and compiling performance information to enable effective service delivery improvements.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to identify performance trends and service delivery issues.
- Providing ad-hoc performance information to support various projects and operations.
Who You Are:
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment. You thrive on collaboration and have:
- A strong ability to understand and interpret statistical performance information, including complex datasets.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience tailoring research to meet specific requirements.
- A willingness to work flexible hours and in varying locations as needed.
