Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Negotiator, based in Wakefield. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying, selling, or letting process. Key duties include handling client inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will also contribute to achieving sales targets and supporting the branch team with your expertise and leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Estate Agency with a sound understanding of property sales and lettings processes.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide excellent service to clients.
- Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Wakefield property market is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively on-site as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive approach and excellent time-management skills.
