About the role
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Audi Expert to join our team at Wakefield Audi.
The Audi Expert is responsible for delivering an exceptional, premium customer experience at vehicle handover, ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident, excited, and fully connected to their Audi. This role is central to creating the WOW factor, driving customer advocacy, and supporting the business through the promotion and sale of Audi service plans and customer-focused products.
This is a full-time role which will include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About youIdeally, you will have previous experience working in retail and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service is a key attribute of the position, along with a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others; you will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in customer service. We offer extensive training to allow you to develop expert knowledge of the Audi Brand.
When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement for this role.
