As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl youll help us maintain our high standards day after day night after night. From motivating your team and delegating tasks to rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in. In return well give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures plus an extra 2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and 3.50 per hour for night shifts as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside Lidl.

• Managing operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handling freshness cash processes inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly

• Experience in leading a sizeable team to achieve targets in a bustling fast-paced environment
• The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
• Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to keep calm in any situation
