Our dedicated Professional Development and Education Unit (PDEU) is leading the way with their programme for supporting graduate nurses.

The team:

Main duties of the job

During the recruitment event we will showcase key aspects of our services and share some of the amazing work at the Trust.

We will highlight the support we provide during your preceptorship and future years as a registered nurse, which will help you feel confident to give the high standards of care expected across our services.

You will have the chance to meet members of our nursing teams, who will talk through the support available and further career progression, along with opportunities for all your questions to be answered.

You will also take part in a competitive interview along with a discussion around your own ambitions and address any questions you have.

To receive an invite to the event and so we can offer you the best experience, we ask that you provide us with information about yourself, your education and your aspirations by submitting an application. If there is a particular clinical area you would like to work in please include this in the supporting information section of your application.

Our events are taking place on 28th February 2026 and 21st March 2026. If your application is shortlisted, we will offer you the opportunity to attend an interview preparation session, designed to help you get the most out of the recruitment event.

Please be aware that all interview outcomes will be confirmed after the second round of interviews on 21st March 2026.

We advise you to submit your application early to avoid disappointment as we may close the advert early.
