OOH Ward Registered Veterinary Nurse

Reporting to: Nurse team leader

Location: Paragon Veterinary Referrals, Wakefield, England

Hours: 40 hours per week (3:30 pm – 12:00 am Monday‑Friday, with 1 in 7 on‑call Saturday night shifts)

Salary: £29,300 per annum + £2,500 OOH supplement

• Create and deliver nursing care plans for numerous inpatients
• Nurse intensive and critical‑care patients
• Perform handover to the team between shifts

• Teach and share knowledge
• Apply infection‑control protocols

Previous experience of nursing within an intensive‑care unit setting is desirable but not essential.
