Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our amazing team. If you are passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing and driving business growth, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact.
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will manage and enhance our presence across multiple online marketplaces. Your goal will be to increase sales, boost brand visibility, and deliver a seamless customer experience. A strong understanding of the flat-pack furniture industry, our competitors, and our customers’ needs is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
· 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours can be agreed, with a 4-day week option available.
· This is a fully office-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Marketplace Management:
Oversee and manage the company’s presence on various e-commerce platforms.
· Product Listing & Optimisation:
Create and improve product listings to drive visibility and sales.
· Pricing & Promotion:
Monitor competitor pricing, propose competitive pricing strategies, and run promotional campaigns to boost sales and conversions.
· Marketing Initiatives:
Work closely with the team to plan and execute marketplace- specific campaigns, including sponsored ads and promotions.
· Brand Monitoring & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, monitor for unauthorised sellers, and counterfeit products, and take necessary action to protect the brand.
· Market Insight:
Maintain awareness of trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
· Continuous Improvement:
Keep up to date with trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
· Business growth:
Utilise data driven insights to evaluate and implement strategies for growth.
Skills & Experience
· Minimum 2 years’ proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
· Strong Microsoft office skills.
· Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools.
· Strong attention to detail and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
· Team player with the ability to work with other departments.
