Manual Machinist

This is a hands on manual machining role for someone who enjoys proper engineering and wants stable, day shift hours.

Adept Resourcing is recruiting a Manual Machinist to join a well established engineering business with a supportive workshop environment.

You'll be machining precision components using manual machine tools, with work across:

• Manual milling

• Manual turning

• Boring

• Reading engineering drawings

• Working to tight tolerances

Experience in any of the above is useful, you don't need to do everything. A good attitude and willingness to get involved matter just as much as time served.

There is opportunity to develop CNC Programming for those who wish to pursue this.

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm

• 37-hour week

• Overtime available

32,000 - 35,000, depending on experience, plus overtime.
