Wakefield – Pay up to £29,000 per year plus bonus and £10 on‑shift meal allowance. Permanent, full‑time.
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Unit Business Manager in every aspect of running the unit – from people management to driving sales and profitability. The role is fast‑paced and demanding, but you will receive extensive support and training to help you develop a successful management career.
Qualifications- Experience in a supervisor or management role in customer service.
- Passionate about delivering great customer service.
- A good people manager who can motivate others and lead by example.
- A true multi‑tasker able to juggle a range of tasks.
