Full job description
In this role, the successful Panel Wirer or similar will be responsible for wiring large scale projects using techniques such as;
Cabinet Wiring, Rack Wiring and Box Wiring etc…, and you will do this through the use of various handheld crimping tools.
In addition, you will also be responsible for the creation, routing and securement of multiple wire/cable harnesses and looms.
On top of this, you will also be responsible for the termination of a variety of different connector types.
Finally, you will also be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date technical documentation of works/projects.
The Role:
Wiring large scale projects using techniques such as;
Cabinet Wiring, Rack Wiring and Box Wiring Creation, routing and securement of multiple wire/cable harnesses and looms
Termination of a variety of different connector types
The Person :
Background working on large scale projects
Previous experience in the Aerospace/Defence/Industrial/healthcare/Plant sectors or a related field
Ability to interpret and understand technical/schematic drawings
