• Up to £75,000 salary plus performance-related bonus

• Leading and developing the operations and service delivery function across multiple sites
• Overseeing daily cloud, infrastructure and on-prem environments to ensure stability and performance
• Owning Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, endpoint management, networking, patching and disaster recovery
• Strengthening security posture and maintaining resilience across systems
• Enabling the shift toward a Dev Ops and product-led delivery model
• Driving measurable improvements in service quality, process efficiency and user experience

• Previous experience managing multi-site IT operations or infrastructure environments
• Strong hands-on expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, identity management, networking and security
• Experience maintaining secure, resilient and high-availability environments
  
  Knowledge of service improvement frameworks and operational governance
• Exposure to Dev Ops practices or supporting software delivery environments
