We’re looking for a Network & Hardware Technician to support a growing IT team. From network installation and maintenance to server support and cybersecurity, you'll ensure that the group’s systems remain secure, efficient, and ready to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Your Mission:

• Support & maintain network hardware across multiple sites, ensuring seamless IT operations.
• Manage & optimize the company’s telephone system with third‑party providers.
• Maintain & troubleshoot network cabling infrastructure to support business needs.
• Assist with server maintenance alongside the Senior Network Technician.
• Ensure cybersecurity standards are upheld, protecting networks from malware & threats.
• Work with internet providers to ensure efficient core network performance.
• Research & develop new technologies to improve system capabilities.
• Provide general IT support across all departments and locations.

What You Bring:

• Hands‑on experience in a busy IT support environment, ideally with international exposure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for network hardware, cabling, and software‑related issues.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DFS, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with VPN & SSL VPN configurations for secure remote access.
• Familiarity with virtualized infrastructure (Hyper‑V preferred).
• Ability to travel to different company sites when needed.
• Excellent communication skills, interacting with all levels of the business.
