This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite.  You’ll have full ownership of IT operations and infrastructure, guiding a stable and capable team while introducing fresh ideas to keep the business ahead of the curve. As Senior IT Manager you will:

Oversee IT operations and infrastructure across multiple sites
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and service desk professionals
Champion cyber security and risk management initiatives
Work closely with senior stakeholders to align tech strategy with business goals
Introduce improvements and fresh ideas to enhance service delivery

We are looking for a Senior IT Manager with:

Proven experience leading IT teams and managing infrastructure operations
Strong technical understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms
Ability to balance technical insight with strategic thinking
Excellent communication skills for board-level engagement
