From day one, you’ll be working directly with the Managing Director

• Sourcing and engaging executive candidates for live roles
• Managing briefs with speed & accuracy
• Supporting senior consultants with account growth
• Playing a key role in building a collaborative, performance‑driven culture

• Early Fridays or 3‑day weekends (based on hitting target – earn it, enjoy it)
• Uncapped commission (up to 60%) from day one – the sky is the limit
