Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager you will be tasked with:

• Administering medication
• Providing hands‑on, high quality Resident Care
• Team supervisions
• Developing, implementing and updating care plans
• Adhering to CQC guidelines
• Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

The day shift is: 08:00 – 20:00

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Experience with in a similar role
• Strong communication and people skills
• Enthusiastic, caring nature with genuine passion for making people’s lives brighter each day
• Great team player who works well in a team of like‑minded people
• Adaptable, able to organise and prioritise varying commitments throughout each day
