Client Support Worker

Ensuring a caring welcome to all clients, through individual contact with clients ensuring compassionate and appropriate consultation on their needs and interests.

• Providing advice and information for clients in response to their ongoing needs and in conjunction with the Project Manager, maintaining a working knowledge and appreciation of statutory welfare and related VCS services
• Provide direct, appropriate assistance for clients (computer-based and otherwise) in administrative and other tasks
• Working to improve the social integration of all clients in the centre and in the community
• Key holder
• Shared site responsibility with rest of Staff Team in Project Manager absence
