You are invited to apply to join the Trust Bank as a Registered Nurse which entails working on an as and when required basis. Bank cover is available to support services Trustwide, which includes Barnsley, Calderdale, Dewsbury, Huddersfield and Wakefield.

We are looking for committed Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLD). The role will be varied, challenging and rewarding, requiring a positive outlook and an ability to develop and maintain a meaningful therapeutic relationship with the service users. The focus of the role is on delivering the highest possible standards of care that maximises service user recovery and rehabilitation potential.

You will have high standards of communication and people skills, a non‑judgemental and person‑centred approach and, above all, a real caring attitude and be prepared to make a difference. Criteria for being registered on the Trust Bank is that you can commit to a minimum of 4 shifts in a 6‑month period and all mandatory training is kept up to date.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside staff in delivering a high‑quality nursing service by working in partnership with health care professionals, the service users and their family/carers.
