Support Worker – Cygnet

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Outwood.

Located in Horsforth, a charming village in the suburbs of Leeds, Outwood is a specialist residential service for adults. We provide outcome focused care for individuals with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives.

We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
