Job Description As a Planning Manager in the Project Management team for construction projects in Jaipur, your role involves developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).

- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare and present periodic progress reports and dashboards to senior management.

- Analyze resource allocation and optimize utilization for timely project completion.

- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.

- Support risk management by identifying potential schedule risks and mitigation plans.

Qualification

Required:

- Education:

B.E. /

B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Experience:

612 years in planning and scheduling for building construction projects.

- Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) mandatory.

- Knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred).

- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and resource planning.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management  addition to the above, the company prefers candidates with experience in large-scale residential or commercial building projects, ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
