Supplier Quality Engineer - Automotive

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
• Analyse and report on supplier performance metrics.
• Support the development and implementation of quality improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to supplier quality.
• Assist in supplier qualification and approval processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to align supplier processes with company standards.
• This role will require some travel, up to 25%.

A successful Supplier Quality Engineer should have:

• Experience in supplier quality assurance within the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of IATF quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in leading audits to IATF standard and implementing quality improvement plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
