Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Wakefield
Salary: £460 - £600 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students' educational and social development, working closely with teachers to ensure their individual needs are met.
Responsibilities- Assist students with learning tasks and personal development.
- Implement strategies to support individual learning plans.
- Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support where necessary.
- Monitor and report on student progress to teaching staff.
- Experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
- Commitment to supporting student progress and well-being.
