• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the primary curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Assess, track, and support pupil progress effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisation skills

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or equivalent)
• Has experience teaching in a primary setting (ECTs welcome)
• Is enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to professional development
