Job Title:
PractitionerPsychologist
Location: Meadowcroft School Wakefield,WF1 4AD
Salary: Up to 65k (FTE, DOE) plus 3000 Welcome Bonus (Welcome Bonus is payable as one payment of 1,500 after completion of one month and one further payment of 1,500upon completion of your final probation period. T&C's Apply)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday,hours tooverlap with core school hours(Parttimehoursmaybeconsidered)
Contract:
Permanent(Term timeonly,or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)

The role:
We are looking for aPractitioner Psychologist to join our in-house clinical team at Meadowcroft school.
Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliverpsychologicalassessment and interventionto pupilswho may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs.
You will work within the standardsprovidedin theOFGPsychological
Practice Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies.
You will be given responsibility for holding apsychologicalcaseload, with the full support ofyour designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing toschool development,staff training and consultation as required.
