Are you an experienced Deputy Headteacher with a proven track record of driving academic excellence and improving outcomes for all learners?

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our senior leadership team and take the lead on achievement and raising attainment across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead whole‑school strategies to raise academic standards and close attainment gaps.
• Use data insightfully to monitor progress, identify trends, and implement targeted interventions.
• Work closely with curriculum leaders and pastoral teams to ensure every student achieves their full potential.
• Champion high expectations and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the school as a key member of the SLT.

What We’re Looking For:

• A current Deputy Headteacher or highly experienced senior leader with a strong impact record.
• Deep understanding of school improvement, curriculum development, and data analysis.
• Inspirational leadership style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education and equity for all learners.
• Passion for making a difference in a diverse school community.
• A good sense of humour and the ability to lead with warmth, positivity, and perspective—even on the busiest of days.
